Martin A. Thomas, Jr. is the newest attorney at Decker, Cardon, Thomas, Weintraub & Neskis, P.C. He was born in Norfolk and grew up in Virginia Beach. He is a graduate of Catholic High School in Virginia Beach, received his B.A. from Virginia Polytechnic Institute and State University in 2002 and received his J.D. in 2006. He was admitted to the Bar of the Commonwealth of Virginia in 2007 and is admitted to practice before the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Virginia and the United States District Court for the Western District of Virginia. Martin is a member of the Norfolk-Portsmouth Bar Association.
